Milcis
Milcis is a fantasy world, invented from scratch by a team of french-speaking friends who met over the Internet. It is not a derivative of the usual fantasy genres (heroic fantasy, steampunk, cyberpunk). We sometimes refer to Milcis as a tribal fantasy universe, more because of the usual imagery associated to "tribal" than the actual presence of tribes in the world. It is indeed very organic and wild, filled with magic and mystery.
This world was developped for the eponymous game project, Milcis, an amateur MMORPG of which I am the lead game designer. However, its future is uncertain, with only the programmers going on today.
But a project set in this world still remains one of our dreams, and this will never die.
